Born to break with the mainstream and depict a world full of unique stories and characters.
We are inspired by the design and the latest trends to create exciting frames. From our headquarters, the design team conceptualizes, creates and produces frames full of authenticity.
We design frames with high quality standards and with an incredible attention to details to achieve exclusive pieces: engravings that go back to our origins, unique or milled terminals and hand-polished volumes, among others.
Focused on creating elegant and sophisticated combinations, which enhance the look of the wearer. We combine structures, transparencies and translucent colors to create incomparable frames.
A delicate process consisting of more than 100 steps: That is how we create all our frames. The first step is choosing the acetates, most of which are customized. Once chosen and created, the front pieces are cut using a high-tech CNC machine.
Our frames are baked in the oven for 2 weeks, a technique imported from Japan for greater resistance and flexibility. The frames are then carefully assembled and checked through a series of quality controls.
Always up to date with the latest technological
advances, we use OBE Spike and OBE Spike 5-axis
hinges for greater strength and comfort.
We work with natural cellulose acetates made
from wood pulp and cotton fiber, with minimum
levels of toxic resins.
One of the thinnest materials on the market,
45% lighter than steel. Noteworthy for being a
strong, lightweight, and hypoallergenic material.
Our frames are made of beta-titanium,
a high-quality, nickel-free, hypoallergenic,
non-deformable material.
Our lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision guarantee unmatched and unbeatable durability. With the best anti-glare, anti-scratch and UVB and UVA protection treatments to guarantee the best visual experience in the world.
We were born in 2013 to break stereotypes, to do things in a different way to give a voice to people who flee from fashion and want to be unique. We were born in the sea, thanks to wakeskate, the hobby of our founder and CEO, Josep Dosta. Desperate to find sunnies with which he could practice his favorite sport and not sink to the bottom of the lake, he began to investigate the production of frames.
After many tests, Josep observed that the key was in the sheets of the wakeboards. Woodys was born. Our first frames were made from the scrap of skateboards. Over time, we incorporated bamboo or pear wood to create totally different, designer, sustainably sourced frames made from a highly valued and unique natural material.

Today, what began as a dream has become a solid company present in more than 52 countries around the world. Our glasses have matured with us. We have explored new terrains, used new materials and perfected the manufacturing process to become a world-renowned style and fashion benchmark.
Now, we can now offer our customers what they expect from us: unique, authentic and sophisticated design frames.
Committed to finding the smartest and most sustainable solutions to create products that are as respectful as possible to our planet, we aim to become a driver of positive change within our industry.
We research and implement new processes and raw materials to reduce the impact of our products.
We aim to create eyewear whose design, manufacture and end of life are environmentally friendly. Therefore, we continue our research into ways to make all our products as circular as possible.
Currently 40% of our collection is made of bio-acetate and with a higher percentage of cotton and wood. Natural pigments free of toxic chemicals and plastics.
We are working to develop an exclusive machine that will allow us to reuse the leftover acetates from our frames to give them a second life and turn them into new unique pieces full of color.
We reduce single-use plastics and replace essential protectors with 100% biodegradable materials. This way, we achieve plastic-free shipping, and use recycled paper and 100% recyclable packaging. Our cases are 70% made from recycled materials, giving surplus production a new life.
We extend the life of products that you no longer use
giving them a second life through agreements
with non-profit organizations.
Our entire collection will be made of bio-acetate and recycled acetate. By working with natural resources that are also free of toxic chemicals and plastics, we contribute to reducing pollution throughout its life cycle.
90% recyclable packaging
We will increase the percentage of recycled materials in our packaging, contributing to a longer life cycle.
80% zero waste
We are working towards renovating our offices to make them as sustainable as possible, eliminating plastics and fostering the use of reused, non-recycled waste. This is the philosophy we transmit to all our factories and logistics centers.
