What glasses can I buy through the website?

You can buy our sunglasses collection currently in stock. We can also inform you on the nearest optical shop carrying Woodys glasses.

What does the package include?

The package, besides the invoice, also includes the sunglasses case and a microfiber cloth for cleaning the glasses lenses.

Can I buy eyeglass frames through the website?

No, but we can inform you on the nearest optical shop carrying our frames.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept any type of secured VISA, Mastercard and Maestro cards, although you can also pay using Paypal and Bizum.

Does Woodys prescribe glasses?

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we currently do not prescribe glasses.

You should go to your optical shop to get a prescription for the glasses you need. The price shown on our website is the final price of the frame.

How do I know which glasses will fit me best?

We have created a Size Chart to help you find the size and shape that best suits you.

What do the different frame sizes mean?

You will find four measurements in the description of each model: eye, bridge, and overall size, and temple length.

The eye size concept is the distance (in mm) between the two horizontal ends of the lens. That is, the horizontal width of the lens, from one end to the other.

The nasal bridge is the distance (in mm) between the two lenses; that is, the size of the "bridge" of the frame that rests on your nose.

The temple length refers to the distance from the lens to the temple. It determines how comfortably the glasses rest.

The overall size is the horizontal width (in mm) of the glasses (including frame and lenses).

How should I clean my Woodys lenses?

We recommend always using products specifically designed for lens cleaning, such as microfiber cloths and lens cleaning solutions.

In case of not having such products, you can use water and a pH-neutral soap. We recommend using a microfiber cloth to dry the lenses, as it does not scratch or leave residue, something that materials made of cellulose (such as paper) do.

What is the warranty on Woodys glasses?

Our warranty covers a period of 24 months.

Should the glasses present a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new pair.

Which countries does Woodys ship to?

Woodys offers free international shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For countries within the EU, it usually takes 3-4 business days. For all other countries, it takes 8-10 business days.

We offer free international shipping and ship all over the world.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an e-mail once the package is dispatched. You can also track your order by logging in to your account.

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery?

If the product is damaged during shipping, you can return it for free within 7 days, and we will refund your money. Contact our Customer Service Department or go to the Returns section.

Does packaging comply with COVID safety measures?

Your health is our priority. For this reason, we have taken extreme hygiene precautions for all orders, thoroughly disinfecting the frames before shipping them to your home or to the optical shop of your choice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How can I return my Woodys?

You can return any item for free within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund your money. Contact our Customer Service Department, and they will inform you on how to proceed.

We will then notify the courier company for collection. As soon as the product arrives at our offices, we will issue a refund.

What is the warranty on Woodys glasses?

Our warranty covers a period of 24 months.

How do I get my order refunded?

If you paid with a debit card, the refund will take one business day. If you paid with a credit card, the time it takes for the refund to go through will depend on the conditions agreed with your bank. It will normally be included on your monthly statement along with your other debit transactions.

If you paid via Paypal or Bizum, the refund will go through immediately. Each platform will notify you once completed.

Can I cancel an order?

If the package has not yet been dispatched or has not been picked up at the warehouse, we can cancel the order and refund the money to the card, Paypal or Bizum account used to place the order.

Otherwise, you will have to contact us once the package arrives to return it or cancel shipping.
