What glasses can I buy online?
You can only buy sunglasses in our store. If you're looking for eyeglass frames, you will need to visit an optician. We make it easy for you! Find the nearest one in our STORES section.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay with a credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express) or via PayPal.
Can I buy an eyeglass frame online?
No, it is only possible to buy sunglasses. However, we offer you the option to find the nearest optician to your home that have Woodys glasses: STORES.
What do the measurements of the glasses mean?
In the description of each model, you will find four measurements: lens width, bridge, front, and temple.
- The lens caliber is the measurement in millimeters between the two horizontal ends of the lenses. In other words, the horizontal measurement of the lens from one end to the other.
- The nose bridge is the space, in millimeters, between the two lenses that rests on the nose.
- The front refers to the entire front part of the glasses, in millimeters, including both the frame and the lenses.
- The temple refers to the length from the lens to the tip.

Do you prescribe lenses?
We do not prescribe lenses. To have your glasses prescribed, whether for optical or sunglasses, you will need to visit your trusted optician so they can prescribe the lenses your eyes need.
What is the best way to clean the lenses of my Woodys glasses?
To keep your lenses in perfect condition, we recommend always using products specifically designed for cleaning glasses, such as cleaning liquids and microfiber cloths.
If you don't have these products, you can clean them with water and a neutral pH soap. To dry them, use a microfiber cloth, as it won't scratch the lenses or leave residues, unlike materials like paper that can damage them.
What warranty do Woodys glasses have?
All our glasses come with a 24-month warranty. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new pair of glasses.

Yes! Our Woodys glasses are shipped to every corner of the globe, and shipping is free.
How many days will it take to receive my new glasses?
In EU countries, your order will arrive in 3 to 4 business days. For the rest of the world, delivery will take 8 to 10 business days. We assure you that the wait will be worth it!
What’s included in the package I’ll receive?
When you purchase a pair of Woodys sunglasses through our website, you’ll receive a package that will contain, in addition to the invoice, a box, a case, a microfiber cloth, and a surprise gift. You’re going to love it!

Are shipping costs free?
Yes, shipping is free to all countries.
How can I track my order?
When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the shipping company, so you can track your shipment at any time.
What happens if I have an issue with my order delivery?
If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, you can return it for free within 7 days and get a full refund. Contact our Customer Service or send an email to Atención al Cliente o envía un email a orders@woodyseyewear.com.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How can I return my order?
You can return any item purchased on the Woodys website (only for individual customers) for free within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to make a return:
1. Request the return by contacting our Customer Service or sending an email to orders@woodyseyewear.com, providing the order reference and the reason for the return.
2. Package the product in its original packaging and make sure it’s well protected.
3. Once the return is approved, you can choose between:
- Returning it at a UPS Access Point or PROXIMITY-ONTIME (only in Spain). Our team will send you a label to attach to the package.
- Requesting a pickup from the address you provide.
4. When we receive the product and verify it is in good condition, we will process the refund within a maximum of 5 days.
If you return the item after the deadline or in inadequate condition, the return may be rejected.
How will I know if my return has arrived at its destination?
As soon as we receive your package, we will send you an email confirming the return and verifying that everything is in order. If everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund.
How is my refund processed?
If you paid with a debit card, the refund will be processed within one business day. If the payment was made with a credit card, the refund time will depend on your bank’s policies. If you used PayPal, the refund will be reflected immediately.
Each platform will notify you once the refund has been completed.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped or prepared in the warehouse, we can cancel it and refund the amount to the card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive before initiating the return process or refusing the shipment.
